Villa Mariposas is located inside a complex called Residencial Paloma, gated with 24/7 security, offering you the tranquility and security you need.

Main Room (1st floor): Queen bed, with its full bathroom and with air conditioning for a restful rest.
Second Bedroom: On the 1st floor, a queen bed; on the mezzanine, another king bed, both areas with air conditioning and a full bathroom.
Third Room: Queen bed with air conditioning and with its full bathroom.
Capacity: The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Equipped kitchen: Perfect to prepare your favorite meals.
Roofed terrace with BBQ and dining room for 8 people: Ideal for enjoying an outdoor barbecue.
Living Room: Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable piece of furniture for relaxing and TV.
Bathrooms: The villa features 3 well-equipped bathrooms with hot water.

In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the license plate of their vehicles, 1 day before the reservation. Otherwise, access to the project may be difficult since the project staff only works during business hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

- This apartment is located in a closed and monitored development, so identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.
We inform you that electricity in Las Terrenas is one of the most expensive in all of America. For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and ensure a quality experience, we request an energy aid of US$15 per night that will be requested by the Resolutions Center. If you are unable to make this contribution, please refrain from renting.
If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.
