Kitchen Note:
There is no oven in the house—only a large microwave and a toaster oven are available for your use.

💦 Heated Pool & Hot Tub

- Heating is available for $50 per day.

- The fee covers your entire stay or the remaining days—please let us know before arrival if you want heating so we can have it ready.

- Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday and Friday (weather permitting). Maintenance may be rescheduled to the next day due to weather.

🚭 Smoking Policy

- Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

- Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $750 odor removal fee.

🚗 Parking

- Parking is limited to 4 vehicles, all must be parked in the driveway.

- Parking on the street or grass is prohibited by city regulations and may result in fines.

📅 Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM (self check-in available).

- Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—please inquire in advance.

🚫 Parties & Gatherings

- All events and gatherings require prior approval from the host.

- This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

- Unauthorized parties or gatherings will incur a $3,000 fine.

- Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by the host.
