POOL SAFETY
The yard is fenced in however, the pool doesn’t have a fence directly around it. Children should NEVER be left unattended outside.

Pool settings are scheduled and set to 85 degrees, however when air temperature drop below 70 degrees it can affect the pool temperature, so unfortunately pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. The pool heater is set to turn on Oct-May.

🐾 Pet Owners: Include up to two dogs in booking so the pet fee is applied. Pick up and dispose of dog waste. No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture. No dog in the pool.

Check-In Details: Once the above steps are completed, your check-in instructions will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival. If last minute booking, instructions are sent immediately upon completion.
✔️ 1 roll of paper towels, 2 TP per bathroom, sponge, trash bags, handful of dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided (bring your own laundry detergent)

Florida is a tropical place. We pay for pest control and they spray very often but please know there will occasionally be a bug found. Mosquitos can also be around usually in the evening, and more so after its rained. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.
