Inside, you'll find two separate wings, allowing guests to spread out while still enjoying the warmth and connection of being under one roof. Multiple living rooms are perfect for group movie nights or quiet moments with a book. The open-concept kitchen is designed for entertainment, featuring double ovens, ample prep space, and everything you need to cook for a crowd. Gather everyone around the large dining table with seating for 18 or step outside to enjoy dinner with a mountain backdrop on the deck.



After a day of exploring Summit County, unwind in the private hot tub under star-filled skies, play a competitive game of ping pong in the game room, or sit by the fire and share stories from your day. The home is stocked with board games, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy nooks for relaxing.



Location-wise, you’re truly in the center of it all. The Summit County Rec Path is just a few pedals away, and you’re only a short drive to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin—all within 15–20 minutes. Downtown Frisco is just minutes away, offering charming shops, restaurants, breweries, and gear rentals. And yes, your well-behaved dogs are welcome too!
