Renewed home, is located in the Heart of the west side of El Paso. Close to Sunland Park Mall. 3 bedrooms, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds.
Renewed, has all you need for your stay.
Easy access to I-10. Food King, Restaurants, 5 min to Sunland Park Mall, 13 min to Outlets, many Shopping centers, UTEP, Hospitals, 15 min to downtown, Banks, Plenty of parking.
PET allowed.
No parties or events are allowed, No smoke.
The space
This spacious fully remodeled home offers a beautiful kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have a queen bed, the other has a 2 Twin beds, all beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses for you to have a better rest. Also a dining room with 6 chairs, and family room with a 65" Roku TV and super comfortable sofa, new ceramic flooring in bedrooms, upgraded appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home, high-speed internet access and desk space available to work, It has air conditioning and central heating, it also has a large patio. Consider that the house has one to two steps in the main corridor which are marked so that you take care of your steps.

The house is one story, but consider that there are some steps inside.
The duplex has a step to go down from the living room to the hallway, further ahead there is another step from the hallway to the bathroom area and 2 steps to go up to one of the bedrooms.
Additional rules
* Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, Mountain Time. Housekeeping must have an adequate amount of time to clean, disinfect and prepare the home for incoming guests. Please be considerate of their time.
* Check-in early or check-out late. We can be flexible as long as we have availability and you let us know one day before your arrival or one day before your departure. If you notify us the same day, we will not be able to help you and you will have to follow the house rules.
* If you plan to check out late after 12:30 pm and we have availability, consider paying an extra night because we would have to block the day at that time because we would not have enough time to clean and disinfect the property for that same day.
* Strictly No SMOKING inside the house. $400.00 Dlls. Penalty
* Strictly NO PARTIES. $400.00 Dlls. Penalty
* Pets are allowed, but only if they are small pets 25 pounds or less, Max. 1 pet. $65.00 Dlls. Fee.
* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
* Declare all the guests who are going to stay in the house. $100.00 per night Penalty for each undeclared guest.
* Pets Rules:
a) Pets are not allowed to be on any carpet, beds, couches, or furniture.
b) There is a 250 dlls fee if you do not declare your pets or if additional cleaning is needed on the furniture or carpets for not following pet rules.
c) Always clean the poop on the patio, Pets are not allowed to be without a leash outside the property.
d) Maximum 1 pet.
e) No pet over 25 pounds unless is a service pet.
* In case of property emergency and other issues (water or gas or electrical issues, broken windows, building safety concerns) please call us!
The temperature inside the house is constantly monitored and adjusted by a computer.
* Strictly, Please do not put the Air Conditioner temperature below 70 degrees, it may freeze and stop working. Help us take care of the planet, $200 dlls. Penalty
*Strictly, Please do not put the heating above 75 degrees, help us take care of the planet, $200 dlls. Penalty
* We ask that you prudently be silent & discreet after 10:00 pm and respect the noise curfew.

* Please gather all trash from the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen and place it in the GREY trashcan outside behind the house. Please don’t use the blue ones.

* Please don’t leave dirty dishes.
* Put all used towels in the shower and leave bedding in the bedroom. You don't have to strip the beds.
*Please return the TV remote to the living room table.
*Please make sure the back door and windows are locked.
* Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house
Send us a message when you check out so we can schedule the housekeeper to come clean.
*Any violation of the house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation and eviction of all guests from the property immediately and without the right to a refund of your payment.
* Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
