The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The house is clean,the view is great. There are some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed. The Laundry room ceiling needs to be repaired and the hole in the Master bedroom wall needs patching. We could not use the King bed because it is way too high, really high. The Bar stools for the dining room table are horrible. They are too tall and small and the metal bases are rusted. Sitting at that dining room table was not comfortable. There is wooden outdoor furniture that has seen better days and most does not seem safe to sit on. There is an unusable hot tub that really should be removed. The stay was fine for two people and a dog. The property claims to be wheelchair accessible, but only in the Living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Although I don't know where you will sit in the dining room, the table is one of the Tall tables. Also the hallway is too tight for a wheelchair and so are the bedrooms. That did not effect us, but if you are looking for a wheelchair accessible place this is not it. Getting to the beach was ok, there are stairs, but then there are alot of rocks to get down to the beach. Not easy for older people or small children.
