This condo was very clean and inviting, newer furniture and nicely decorated. You can walk to the Tamarack to get on the ski lifts, but this condo is on a large hill, so we drove and parked and had no issues. The water pressure from the kitchen sink is very low, but showers were great and the water was hot! We loved the gas fireplaces, easy to flip the switch on the wall for turn on/off. Timer on the dryer wasn’t working so we had to set timers on our phone, minor issue. Rachel and Peter were very responsive in timely fashion and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay! We had a group of three girls for a ski trip and this townhome was absolutely perfect. It was so incredibly spacious, and had all the amenities we could ever need! The kitchen is a full kitchen with a Keurig (and coffees and teas!) and had a large dining area. We loved looking out the giant bay windows of the beautiful view on the hill. The bedroom upstairs (master) was very spacious with a large closet and a large bathroom and very soft towels. The bed is I believe a memory foam bed (or similar), so pretty firm. The downstairs area is great for my friend who is a night owl and had her own space. We LOVED the little welcome gift from the property owner. It was a perfect stay all around. We did drive over to the resort (didn’t want to walk down a snowy hill in ski boots) but it’s quite literally across the street from the resort. We will definitely come here again for a ski trip to Holiday Valley.
View from the couch in front of the bay windows!
View of the resort from the driveway! So close!

It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the views, the kitchen setup, and having separate areas to relax — and we’re especially glad the welcome gift was a hit. We really appreciate you choosing our home and taking the time to share your experience. We’d absolutely love to host you again for another Holiday Valley getaway! Warmly, Rachel & Peter

This place is new and clean and close to all the amenities. It is an easy check in and out process. It’s a very comfortable home with a large kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. The only problem we encountered was with the fireplace. The information in the book included with the property says the fireplace turns on with a switch on the wall. It doesn’t. You have to open a panel on the bottom of the fireplace and turn it on from there. We called the property manager and she told us what to do. A minor hiccup in an otherwise lovely stay!

Thank you, Karen! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at Hillside Haven and found the home clean, spacious, and comfortable. We really appreciate you mentioning the fireplace — it turned out the pilot light had blown out from a gust of wind, so the switch wasn’t able to activate it. Our maintenance team was happy to help you get it relit during your stay. Thank you for being such a thoughtful guest — we’d love to host you again anytime! —Rachel & Peter
