I want to clarify a few things for future guests because this review does not provide the full context of the stay. The listing title clearly states that this is a 2-bedroom property, and the description clearly states that there is a queen bedroom, two XL twin beds, and a queen air mattress. The sleeping arrangements were disclosed prior to booking. If you had questions about the setup before booking, you could have reached out and asked. Regarding check-in, the reason it took approximately 30 minutes was because the provided instructions were not being followed. Once I called you directly, you were able to access the property shortly afterward. I am the type of host who makes myself available when guests need something during their stay. I have a 24-hour period in which I will send my cleaner back if something needs to be addressed. I also accommodate requests for additional items such as washcloths, towels, or other necessities when needed. If you felt the unit was not in its standard condition, you could have contacted me during your stay. I specifically made myself available and told you to reach out if you needed anything. You did not communicate these concerns to me at the time. Had you done so, I would have had the opportunity to address them. Instead, these concerns were brought up afterward along with a request for a refund. I find that unfair when I was available and willing to resolve legitimate issues during the stay. As for noise, traffic, smells, or anything occurring outside of the property, those are not things I can control. The property is located in the city of Atlanta, and surrounding city activity is outside of the host's control. I respect honest feedback, but I also believe future guests deserve the full context. I am always willing to accommodate reasonable requests and address issues when they are communicated to me. In this situation, I was not given that opportunity.
