This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and garage parking is available for 4 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;

o (1) Ring doorbell camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the street,

o (2) located above the garage and actively monitoring the driveway,

o (3) located above the deck and actively monitoring the backyard.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
