One Queen bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom allow this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, a blender, a crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
