Grumpy’s Hideaway Condo is a freshly remodeled three-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat tucked into the lower level of a lakeside condo building on beautiful Long Lake near Birchwood, Wisconsin. This clean, comfortable space offers everything you need for a relaxing Northwoods escape with easy access to the water just steps from your door.

Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with an open-concept kitchen and living area. The 1.5 baths offer convenience for groups, and the lower-level setting helps keep the unit cool in the summer. It's a great setup for families, couples, or small groups of friends.

Outside, guests have a private patio area located directly beneath the upper deck. This lower patio space is for your use during the stay and includes room to relax and enjoy the fresh air near the lake. Please note, the upper deck belongs to the upstairs unit and is not part of this rental. A dock slip is included with space for one boat up to 20 feet long.

Need more room? Grumpy’s Hideaway Condo can also be rented together with the upper-level Grumpy’s Lookout Condo. These two separate but nearby spaces are perfect for extended families or friends traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying their own privacy.

Long Lake is over 19 miles long with 99 miles of shoreline and is known as the Walleye Capital of Wisconsin. Guests can explore several boat-up restaurants, swim at sandbars, or fish the deep, clear waters. Marinas on the lake offer fuel, bait, and supplies. The Birchwood area is also known for its excellent ATV and snowmobile trail access.

Within a 30-minute drive, you can visit the towns of Rice Lake, Birchwood, Spooner, Hayward, and Shell Lake. Each community offers its own shops, restaurants, and family activities like bowling, movie theaters, and roller rinks.

Please note, this home is intended for quiet family vacations and small group getaways. It is not a party home. Guests must be 25 or older to rent.
