This spacious, newly-remodeled single-family home is thoughtfully designed across two private levels, offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and modern style. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, this home has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Our modern and stylish two-level home is centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, family-friendly, and newly remodeled for summer 2025! The home is fully equipped with all the modern amenities, including Smart TVs, WiFi, has plenty of free off-street parking, and can be enjoyed by all generations of your family, including select family pets! Our thoughtfully designed space is bright and spacious, and has plenty of room for up to 10 guests comfortably.

2 Full Kitchens – Ideal for extended stays or multiple families
2 Full Bathrooms – Fresh, clean, and well-stocked
Cozy Living Room with a comfy Queen Sofa bed for extra guests
Sun Porch/Office – The perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening read, or remote work. There is a full-sized futon for additional sleeping.

Located in a peaceful and scenic neighborhood, this home is just minutes from Cranston's top shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes—with easy highway access to Providence, Newport, and beyond.
The entire house (minus detached garage) will be made available to our guests. We are very flexible, so if you have any requests, please just ask!
Driveway parking is available for up to 5 cars, and there is plenty of street parking with minimal through traffic. The detached garage is not accessible.
There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home and fire extinguishers on every level.
Holiday and celebration services are available, including specialty cakes and catering for birthdays, etc. Please message the hostess for pricing and availability.
We want to provide a clean, safe environment for our guests. Our home is thoroughly cleaned between stays by a professional cleaning company.
Note: House keeping is also available upon request for extended stays. Fresh linens, towels, and amenities are ONLY made available at the beginning of the stay.
Any items left by a previous guest will be discarded. All house trash cans will be lined with a bag to allow for the safe removal of waste. 2 extra-large trash bins and 2 extra large recycling bins are located next to the garage, and guests can put them out on Tuesday nights for a Wednesday AM removal. If there are any maintenance needs, we encourage our guests to contact our property management company per the instructions listed in the sunroom.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
For the safety our guests, ring cameras are located at the front and back entrances.
These additional home rules are to ensure that all guests have a safe and pleasurable experience. Damages exceeding the Deposit Amount will be billed to the guest and reported to VRBO.
Safety Rules
1. Guest Status & Occupancy
• You are staying on the premises strictly as a licensee, not a tenant. This agreement does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under Rhode Island law.
• Your license to occupy begins at 3:00 PM on the check-in date and ends at 11:00 AM on the check-out date.
• Unauthorized holdovers may be treated as trespassing.
Occupancy Limits
• Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property.
• A front door & garage camera monitors entries/exits and counts guests.
• You will be charged $100 per unregistered guest per day after 10 guests.
• Additional guests must be added and paid for before arrival.
NO EVENTS or PARTIES ALLOWED
2. Right of Entry
The property owner or authorized host may enter the property at reasonable times for:
• inspections
• maintenance
• safety & security
• rule enforcement
Reasonable notice will be provided when possible, but no notice is required in emergencies, suspected violations, or safety concerns.
3. Shared Environment & Behavior Expectations
• This is a residential neighborhood; respect for neighbors and community is required.
• Guests must maintain peace, cleanliness, and basic respect.
• No outdoor noise, music, or loud voices after 10:00 PM.
• Disruptive behavior, unauthorized guests, nonpayment, or overstaying may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
4. Smoking, Vaping & Littering Policy – $500 Fine
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind indoors.
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, incense, and anything that burns.
• Smoking outside is allowed, but do NOT litter cigarette butts.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, residue, cigarette butts) results in a $500 cleaning/deodorizing fee, whether or not smoking was observed.
5. Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM indoors and 10 PM to 7 AM for outdoor areas.
• Keep TVs, music, phone calls, conversations, and footsteps to reasonable volumes.
6. COVID / Health Compliance (Rhode Island Requirement)
Guests certify they have reviewed and will comply with RI travel & health rules, including:
• staying home if ill
• distancing
• masking in public when required
• hand hygiene
7. Pets
• Select Pets Allowed. Up to 2 Pets. No cats/only dogs allowed.
Pet Fees:
There is an additional fee of $50 per pet/per stay.
Rules for what type of pet is allowed:
• Breed restrictions apply (No Pitbulls)
• Max weight per dog. No more than 25 pounds
• Well behaved dogs only
Pets that are house broken.
Rules for before arrival:
• Service pets must have documentation
• Guest must receive written permission from host
• Host must approve pet in advance
• Guest must agree to pet rules in advance
• Proof of shots and updated shot record
Penalties for breaking rules (for example not cleaning up after dog, or supervising):
-Excess pet hair, urine/feces, or excess drooling will result in extra cleaning fee of up to $1000 for shampoo/sanitation of furniture. Any damages to furniture will result in up to the 100% replacement cost of that item.
Rules for during stay:
There is a dog bed and feeding bowl located in the laundry room and can be moved to any part of the house.
• Pets must be leashed on property when outdoors (front yard, back yard, sidewalk, etc.)
• Pick up after pets (dog)
• Dogs to stay off furniture and/or bed.
• Don’t leave animals unsupervised.
• Put pet sheets on furniture.
• Pets must be housebroken.
• Crate dog if left unattended indoors.
• Vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively.
8. Guest Policy
• No overnight guests allowed unless approved in writing.
• If they are not on the reservation, they are not permitted to stay.
9. Safety, Security & Cameras
• Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only and record audio/video.
• Tampering with cameras, alarm systems, or security devices is prohibited.
• Always keep exterior doors closed and locked.
10. Personal Property & Insurance
• The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
• Guests are encouraged to carry traveler’s insurance.
11. Alcohol, Substances & Liability
Guests assume full responsibility for:
• the serving or consumption of alcohol
• any substances brought onto the property
• any consequences or damages resulting from alcohol/substance use
12. Cleanliness & Damages
Guests must:
• clean up after themselves
• report damages or maintenance needs promptly
• leave towels in the shower and sheets in the hamper
• wash dishes and start dishwasher
• remove perishables from the refrigerator
• take trash to outdoor bins
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage they cause.
13. Utility Use
Utilities are included, but abuse or excess usage may result in charges.
Please:
• turn off AC/heat when leaving the home
• turn off lights
• do not run faucets unnecessarily
14. Trash & Littering
• Littering is prohibited.
• Tossing cigarette butts on the property is subject to a $500 fine.
• Trash must be placed in outdoor bins the night before scheduled collection.
15. Restricted Areas
Guests may only use designated guest rooms and shared spaces.
Do not:
• enter storage areas or locked rooms
• tamper with electrical panels
• access utility systems (gas lines, water heaters, infrastructure)
16. Property Condition Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge:
• parts of the home may not meet new construction standards
• the property is accepted as-is
• safety concerns must be reported immediately
Failure to report issues forfeits the right to claim later damages or complaints.
17. Illegal Activity
The property may not be used for any illegal activity.
This includes but is not limited to:
• drugs
• weapons
• fireworks
• parties that violate local laws
18. Food & Drink Restrictions
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
19. Assignment / Subletting / Mail Handling
• This reservation may not be transferred or sublet.
• Guests may not receive mail or packages at the property.
• This agreement does not establish residency or tenant rights.
20. Termination for Rule Violations
Violation of any house rule may result in:
• immediate removal from the property
• cancellation without refund
• additional charges for damages, fines, or excess cleaning
21. Indemnification & Legal Waiver
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from:
