The Space:

Enjoy this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath ocean view apartment with 841 ft² (78 m²) of living space. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the living room has a full-sized sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, complete with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and more. A convenient desk space in the bedroom with high-speed WiFi allows for comfortable remote work.



Step out onto the private balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and take in the breathtaking ocean views. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, for your entertainment.

Other Things to Note:

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges

incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes

These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.



Just a quick heads-up: resort and valet fees must be paid via credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted at the property.



We want to ensure your visit is as comfortable and seamless as possible. To further customize your experience, we offer several Additional Services available for a fee, upon request, and subject to availability:



Early Check-In: Start your vacation a little sooner. 🕒

Late Check-Out: Enjoy some extra time before you head out. Please note that late check-outs require written authorization in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a penalty fee of $100 for each hour or partial hour beyond the designated check-out time.

Additional Housekeeping: Keep your space fresh with a professional mid-stay cleaning. ✨

Guest Comfort Items: We can provide a Baby Kit, Wooden Crib, Rollaway Bed, or Airbed to accommodate your group's specific needs. 🛌



Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.



Note:

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.

- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
