This place was perfect for our 4 day Christmas stay. We really enjoyed the beautiful backyard space. We sat around a fire, fished right there in the backyard and swim in the pool. This place was fun for the whole family.

Our group of 12 enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room to spread out or be together. The kids LOVED the pool! The outside patio is a wonderful place to hang out in the evening. Location is important and we were just a short drive from everything we wanted to do. Dirk was very pleasant, responsive and informative. My oldest grandson said he wishes there was a dock for him to fish on, but he still had opportunity to fish in the canal. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our New Year’s Eve. Stay here at this property. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the back patio area very much in the afternoons and early evenings. So peaceful here and we went to a nearby park to watch the sunset and also went to the beach on the first day of January to watch the sunrise.

The place was great. We stayed for the 4th of July and it was perfect for our family vacation. We were able to host everyone for dinner one night and there was plenty of space between the indoors and outdoors. Kids loved the pool, the bar area outside was great. Firepit perfect for s’mores. Dirk got back to us quickly with any questions we had. It was great. Also SUPER EASY checkout. No crazy requests or anything. No notes!

Great host, fast response, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. The heated pool was an added plus being that it was cold. House was clean and had everything you need expect for an iron. There are lots of games for the family to enjoy together . The fire pit was also a bonus. The beaches are beautiful in the area and a short drive away..

The property was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 5 kids, 2 of them under 2 years old. We had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together as well as enough space to enjoy some solitary time when needed. :). There were plenty of dishes and enough cookware to make meals at the house, We went to the Crescent beachfront park, which was just a short drive away and loved it. It was spacious and didn’t feel crowded any time we went. We also liked that the house is not right in the ‘tourist’ area but only a short drive away from historic St Augustine and the business A1A.
