Bellevue Square's main level offers a bright, open layout with hardwood floors, tall windows, and an easy flow between the living and dining areas. The kitchen sits just beyond, finished with butcher block counters, stainless appliances, and open shelving that lends a touch of character. A quiet corner near the window creates a pleasant spot to read, write, or enjoy a casual meal. The half bath and laundry are discreetly placed nearby.
Each of the two bedroom suites spans an entire upper floor, offering privacy and a sense of space rare in a townhouse setting. Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
This home requires a minimum 30+ night rental.
We provide dedicated parking for up to 1 vehicle in the parking lot, and there is guest parking on site for 6-8 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the dedicated parking spaces and limit to 1 vehicle.
