Accessible Location
Just 20 minutes from Seychelles International Airport, 10 minutes from Eden Island, 15 minutes to the capital city of Victoria, and within 10–15 minutes of beautiful beaches and scenic hiking trails.

Step Inside the Villa
The first floor features an open-plan lounge and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large terrace that opens to your private pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. Two additional queen bedrooms also include en-suites. On the ground floor, the pool room with twin beds and an en-suite is perfect for children or guests who enjoy being steps away from the pool.

Optional Electric Car

Booking Terms
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies year-round, with a 7-night minimum during Easter, Christmas, and New Year holidays. For bookings that include both Christmas and New Year, a 10-night minimum applies. Guests staying 5 nights or more can enjoy a special long-stay discount.
