Half Moon haven offers a variety of beautifully designed bedrooms that ensure every guest can enjoy both privacy and comfort. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun space to unwind, our bedrooms provide the perfect setting for your getaway.

Upstairs, you’ll find the Primary (super spacious!) King bedroom, offering incredible views, ample closet space, its own private deck with a Sauna and lounge chairs. The en-suite bathroom is a DREAM with the wet room style shower / bathtub - you’ll feel like your at a private spa. You’ll find a second King bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, private deck, closet space along with a vanity sized desk perfect for getting ready or for work.


On the main floor, you’ll find a luxurious King bedroom, thoughtfully appointed with serene decor to help you relax and recharge. The room offers its own deck, blackout curtains and a full en-suite bathroom that’s used as a half-bath as well.

Perfectly designed for families and groups, Half Moon Haven features a thoughtfully appointed sleepover room with (2) Queen Beds. This double queen room features an arcade, smart TV and large desk / dresser perfect for work or doing makeup. With plenty of room to spread out, everyone will have their own space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

All bedrooms are fully furnished with a mounted smart TV, offering streaming apps and cable, ensuring every guest has access to entertainment at their fingertips.

Three of the bedrooms feature their own full-sized en-suite bathrooms, appointed with luxe floor-to-ceiling walk-in tiled showers, ensuring there’s plenty of space for everyone to refresh and unwind. The main level shares the beautiful en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

Downstairs near the pool and double - queen bedroom is a half bath easily accessible with an outdoor shower steps away on the patio during non-winter months.

We’ve ensured that all bathrooms are stocked with premium bath essentials, including luxury Vranjes soaps, plush towels & great vanity lighting.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus all the above-and-beyond thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home, such as a griddle, Vitamix blender, toaster, waffle maker, slow cooker, various size pots and pans and wine glasses.

For those who need a caffeine boost, you’ll find a Keurig duo coffee machine complete with ground coffee and K-cup options.

Step into the inviting main living room, where plush seating, a stylish electric fireplace, and expansive windows and walk-out access to an outdoor deck create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The island in the kitchen is designed for gathering and sharing meals with your loved ones. The beautiful waterfall marble island seats 6 comfortably and up to 8 by pulling over additional seating kept in the hall closest.. Large windows allow natural light to pour in, and an outdoor deck sits right off the dining room, offering stunning views of the lush outdoors & large dining table to accommodate 10.

Half Moon Haven’s outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

Multiple decks surround the home, providing plenty of seating to soak in the gorgeous wooded views. The lower deck features a hot tub, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the outdoor areas offer a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.

The expansive outdoor space includes a fire pit with ample seating, making it the ideal spot for gathering around and enjoying a cozy evening. A propane grill is also available, perfect for cooking up delicious meals in the fresh air.

Lastly, the private deck off the master offers a beautiful Sauna with a window to enjoy the views of the Smokies. Treat yourself to yoga or relax in the chaise loungers on this private deck after using the sauna.
Guest access
The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles.

A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting you seamless access to the home. Guests will have access to the whole property outside of 1 locked closet.
