A propane grill is available for guest use; however, guests are responsible for providing their own propane. The grill and tank are on-site, but propane may need to be refilled or exchanged locally (a nearby 7-Eleven offers this service). Please note: the grill is provided as a courtesy, and use is at your own discretion and risk.

No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property—this includes tobacco, cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs.
Violation will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a minimum $500 penalty.

No parties or events are allowed. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Any violation of these rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Due to a family allergy, pets are not permitted at any time. Bringing a pet will result in immediate forfeiture of your reservation and an additional cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and allergy-free environment.

Security: Encore community has security guards on-site, only registered guests can access the community.

Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security camera pointed at the driveway. There are no devices inside the home.

Maximum Occupancy: Our maximum occupancy of 10 guests includes day visitors. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed at the house.
