The space
Indoor Spaces
Step inside and find a warm, welcoming space with earthy tones and wooden textures that echo the landscape outside.

Bedrooms:
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor:
• Bedroom 1 & 2: Each has a king-size bed, extra mattress options, warm heaters for extra charge, cabinets for storage, and soft bedside lighting.
• Bedroom 3: A fun and cozy kids’ room with a sturdy bunk bed, making it ideal for families.

Bathrooms:
The property features two well-maintained bathrooms; one is attached while other is dedicated and just outside the rooms. One has gas geyser and other has electric geyser. Fresh hand and bath towels, dental kits, slippers, and toiletries including body wash and lotion in both bathrooms. Hot showers, mirrors with sinks, and exhaust fans in both the washrooms ensure a comfortable experience.

Living Area:
Our cozy living room features comfortable sofa chairs, portable heaters and fans, if you want to move them from bedroom, a centre table, and large windows to let in plenty of natural light. It opens to the kitchen area, creating a warm communal space for conversation, tea, or quiet reflection.

Kitchen & Dining:
We’ve designed the open-concept kitchen to feel like the heart of the home. It’s fully stocked with cookware, crockery, cutlery, a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, and more. Guests are welcome to cook or let our in-house chef prepare a delicious meal for you, chef service is available at ₹1500/day. (ingredients charged separately).



Outdoor Spaces
Step outside to a private, green garden framed by views of the mountains. Whether it’s sipping your morning chai surrounded by chirping birds or basking in the soft glow of decorative solar lights in the evening or even indulging yourself organic farming that we have at our property, this is a space where time slows down.
A bonfire setup is available at ₹500 per session—perfect for stargazing or storytelling under the open sky. Though we don’t have a pool or a terrace, the surrounding natural beauty more than makes up for it.

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, garden, kitchen, and living spaces. Whether you’re planning a quiet family vacation or a fun getaway with friends, you’ll have the whole space to yourselves.

Things to Keep in Mind
• Mobile networks that work best here: Jio and Airtel
• The final 500 meters leading to the property includes a rough patch. While SUVs and larger vehicles manage well, other small vehicle may find the patch slightly challenging. Drive carefully, or just call us we will be happy to assist you in all possible way.
• Property is wheelchair friendly, though be mindful of minimal steps at the entrance.
• Portable fans and extra blankets are available.
• Basic first aid and fire extinguishers are present.
• We suggest removing footwear indoors—slippers will be provided.
• We share space with nature: 2 hens, a puppy live at the property and sometimes friendly local dogs may drop by to say hello.
