The main level offers a cozy open-concept living space with a stone fireplace, ample seating, and a TV for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a breakfast bar. The dining area is wrapped in windows, offering serene views while you dine. Two main-level bedrooms—both with king beds—share a full bathroom with a large soaking tub. Convenient deck access throughout the main level provides a sense of comfortability while enjoying indoor-outdoor living.

Upstairs, you’ll find the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Bedroom three features two twin beds, perfect for kids. Bedroom four is a large bonus space converted into a comfortable, non-conforming bedroom with three queen beds, cozy bean bags, and a bright sitting area surrounded by windows. This area boasts an excellent setup for extended families or group gatherings. The additional space allows guests to spread out and enjoy privacy while still staying connected, ensuring everyone has room to unwind and recharge during their stay. This level also includes a full bathroom with all the essentials for your stay.

The property, located at the 3 mile marker, is located just a few steps away from a small marina. Guests can take advantage of the marina amenities such as the swimming platform, boat ramp, and boat slip (12' x 40')! The communal docks also come equipped with a water mat, stand-up paddle boards, and kid kayaks. The conveniently located marina gas dock will ensure no time is wasted when boating on the water!
