The Space:

Step into your home-away-from-home and feel the warmth of a true mountain escape. The living room features a cozy futon, Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace—all framed by soaring vaulted ceilings that let in plenty of natural light. Slide open the doors to your private balcony, where a bistro table for two is perfect for sipping coffee with a view of the pines. The kitchen boasts stone counters, warm honey-colored cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four, flowing seamlessly into a dining area with seating for four more.



Kingswood Village Escape places you near the best of North Lake Tahoe. Spend your days lounging on the wide, sandy shoreline, exploring local shops and restaurants, or hitting the slopes at nearby Northstar. With year-round adventure just outside your door and a cozy, well-equipped home to return to, this is the ideal spot for your next Tahoe getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom, a twin size sleeper in the living room, as well as a full size bed and a twin size bed in the loft.



The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and patio access.



This home includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Washer and dryer in home.

-Lot parking available for 1 vehicle, passes required.

-This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located above the front door and actively monitoring the entrance, (2) located at and actively monitoring the back patio.

-The HOA communal pool/hot tub and sports complex are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the communal gym will be open year round
