The unit is a Tri level with the only bathroom on the first level. Master is also on the first level. Lots of stairs if that is an issue for anyone. The rental process was very smooth and easy. Quick response time from the management team. We had an issue with the front door and a member from the management team arrived quickly to fix the issue. Overall an excellent experience

Main issues: limited communication from the host prior to arriving, and finding the location of the unit when arriving was frustrating. Overall good location for skiing and access to Lake Tahoe area.

I found the unit to be darker and the furnishing more outdated than the pictures on VRBO. The windows both inside and outside were dirty. Unfortunately, there was a noisy (music, colored lights, loud yelling) party in building facing this units bedroom, and living room which went on past midnight making it difficult to enjoy unit and sleep. There have been complaints and police called as neighbor described as frequent occurrence. I notified this host but they said they couldn't do anything. We could not use decks or have windows open from 7 pm onward because of the noise. Owner has refurbished the bathroom and kitchen major appliances. Area living room rugs need cleaning and shelfs dusted. The complex has a nice pool area. It was convenient having a laundry.

I liked that it was so close to Kings Beach and town. Property have good amenities, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Kitchen pots and pans. It needed an extra fan in the room upstairs(loft). It also needed blinds or perhaps a black-out curtain. It was bright around 5:30am during the summer so can’t really sleep in as sun was in our eyes. Overall we enjoyed ours stay. I recommend this place!
