We had such a wonderful weekend with our family! The cabin is cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved playing in the yard and tree swing and in the sand. The water was so beautiful and we all enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Clean ,well appointed cabin ,right on the lakefront. Beds incredibly comfortable. Liked the decor. Enjoyed taking the kayaks out. Loved the firepit & beach Didn't try the sauna. Will rent a boat next time for better fishing. Too bad the mayflies decided to swarm @ the same time! Lol. Mille Lac lake is beautiful Owners communicated promptly,appreciated the comprehensive info regarding area attractions,restaurants.

Had a fantastic bachelor party weekend! Slept 8 very comfortably, AC worked well, kept things nice and chilled for a mid August stay.The backyard was incredibly maintained, the sand on the beach was so soft and the bay the house is nestled on is breathtaking.The neighboring houses share the bay, but the house felt very private. The booking and check in/out communication was incredibly easy and thorough. The amenities were clean upon arrival and everything was in working order. We had a pontoon rental for the Saturday, and had to cut it short due to rain, but it was okay because everyone was so excited to get back to the house and sit on the beach, wade in the water, or relax inside. Would absolutely recommend this rental!

Lovely site on the lake. House was nice, clean, comfortable. Lake was warm, clean, and the area by this site was clear of the water plants. Nice fire pit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Cottage! The space was clean and just the right size for our family, and we really loved being able to walk right out the back door to the lake, we saw some beautiful sunrises! Our kids loved being able to go out and play in the sand and fish off the dock. We decided to try out the sauna and thought it was a good and unique amenity to have available. The owners were wonderful to rent from!! They were quick to answer all the questions I had before actually renting and after we got there also, never making us feel like we were being a bother. If we ever travel to Minnesota again we would definitely stay here again!

The perfect lake stay! They have floaties and every toy/water game you could possibly want. The beds are super comfy. The owners are very responsive and even picked up a load of clothes to wash for us since we are traveling with little ones! They went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Our cabin is right on the shores of Lake Mille Lacs which is of course the best part! The west side of Mille Lacs is known for its world-class fishing, outdoor recreation and year-round entertainment. Mille Lacs is one of MN's most famous fishing lakes, drawling anglers from all over to test their skills against its abundant walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, muskie and jumbo perch. Whether you're casting from the shore, trolling in deeper waters, or renting a fish house in the winter, the fishing here is unbeatable! A public launch one door down and local guides and rental services make it easy for visitors to get out on the water and experience the thrill of Mille Lacs. Beyond fishing and water activities, it is also within walking distance to Grand Casino Mille Lacs which provides exciting gaming, entertainment and dining options for a fun night out. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking at Kathio State Park and Father Hennepin State Park, where scenic trails, wildlife and historic sites make for an unforgettable outdoor experience. There are also miles of ATV and snowmobile trails nearby. Come join us for a true Minnesota experience!

There is no road between our cabin and the lake. Our beach is sandy and shallow, perfect for kids and relaxing lakeside. We just installed a wood-fired sauna and we are loving the relaxation and wellness it has brought to our property!
