Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Digital locks are installed on all entry doors for easy self-check-in.

Jefferson & Grounds is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, downtown Geneva, and Seneca Lake. While peaceful and private, you’re just minutes from great restaurants, shops, wineries, and lakefront parks.



Getting Around:

While a car is recommended for exploring the region and visiting wineries, you’ll find plenty to enjoy within walking distance. Downtown Geneva’s restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops are just minutes away on foot, and the Seneca Lake waterfront is only a few blocks from the house. If you’d like to tour the wine trail, we’re happy to recommend a few trusted local wine tour companies.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in.

➡️ Parking – Three off-street parking spaces are available directly at the property. Additional street parking is available, but please follow posted signage and local regulations.

➡️ Quiet Hours – Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Some outdoor features may vary depending on weather and time of year.
