The property and pavilion exceeded our expectations. The house was just what we needed and the pavilion for the party was so beautiful and made for ann anmazing evening. The lighting and farm style decor was perfect!!

Weekend Retreat

It was a perfect setting to have a weekend reunion with four childhood friends. The barn loft was a great spot to reminisce and tell old stories. We all thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting, and it was close to everything we needed, including great places to eat nearby. Thanks Jen!

Wonderful private setup!

We had a change in travel plans and Jennifer was so accommodating for our last minute stay. She responded very quickly to our request and waived the 2 night min. for us. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We felt right at home!

Fantastic venue!

I held my daughter's baby shower here and it couldn't have been better. Jennifer took great care of us (especially challenging as the weather was pouring rain the entire time we were there!) and did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The guests were charmed by the barn and its comfortable accommodations. A winner! I'll use again.

A great place for a get together with friends

I had a group of 10 stay here for a night after the ren faire in the area and we had a blast! The only negative thing i would say about this place is that the beds weren’t that comfortable and the shower was missing one of its doors. The kitchen living room and bathroom were all spotless. We all really enjoyed hanging out outside in the bar area and by the firepit area. There are alot of taxidermy animals on the property so if you dont like those i wouldnt recommend staying here since they were not in any of the listing photos. We didnt mind and it was a funny surprise for us. 10/10 would stay here again

Beautiful property for weddings, parties, social gatherings or just a weekend escape!!!

We just had our wedding here a few weeks ago. The layout of the property is wonderful for anyone to enjoy their special day all in one place. The barn was the setting for the bridal suite and the other building (next to the outdoor bar) was used as the groomsmen suite. Everything in between and surrounding those buildings was perfect for everything else. The owner (Jenn) was very accommodating and helped us finalize the perfect setting for our layout. During our wedding she even made a few appearances to help out with little details. Both she and the farm went above and beyond our expectations of a perfect wedding. Thank you again Jenn --Dylan

Best place to stay

The photos do not do this amazing place justice. Great location near everything yet feels like you are in the country. Great for those with furry family members too! The only thing we regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Great place for our family and our dog. Very cozy. Having 1 bathroom for a larger group would be a challenge, but for us it was fine. Looking forward to going back!

Reunion Weekend

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just outside of Annapolis for my husband’s 30th Reunion, so the location was perfect. The shower doors are a bit tricky so if you have smaller children, you will need to help them. Jennifer our host was wonderful to work with. Thank you for letting us stay in your unique and lovely home!!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at this location! The barn-like decor and feeling was the perfect environment for a reunion of friends. It is also very close to Annapolis, where we went for an awesome dinner. Definitely recommend.

An awesome place to stay

Loved our stay. The red barn guest cottage has tons of country charm with all of the modern comforts. The property is beautiful. Lots of grass to stroll on and plenty of chairs outside to relax while taking in the outdoors. They had fans setup near the outdoor seating which kept us cool and bug free even in the mid day heat. Location is super convenient with plenty of stores in the surrounding area (grocery, fast food, starbucks, clothing, pet supplies, etc.) Property owner was awesome too. Highly recommend this property.

Unique and amazing

Hemlock farms is amazing. We had a family reunion and it was the perfect setting. Highly recommend for events or even just a spacious family getaway. Great proximity to everything Annapolis has to offer!
