Genießen Sie Ihren Lake Tahoe Urlaub in diesem großen Familienhaus! Unser Chalet wurde im Januar 2013 fertiggestellt.

Das Haus ist ca. 1.800 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich in der ruhigen, familienfreundlichen Gegend von Tahoma am Westufer des Lake Tahoe. Es liegt in Gehweite zum privaten Hausbesitzerstrand (für Mieter verfügbar), zum Pier, zum Markt, zu Restaurants in ungezwungener Atmosphäre, zum Park für Kinder und zum Chamber's Landing. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befinden sich der Sugar Pine Point State Park, die Meeks Bay und die Emerald Bay, die Zugang zu Wanderwegen und der natürlichen Schönheit von Lake Tahoe bieten. Im Winter haben Sie einfachen Zugang zu den Skigebieten Homewood, Squaw Valley und Alpine Meadows. Die Casinos und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten der South Shore sind landschaftlich reizvoll und nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.

Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich ein großer Versammlungsraum mit einem Flachbild-TV und einem Gaskamin. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für acht bis zehn Personen. Die Küche verfügt über Granit und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, darunter eine Spülmaschine. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Tassen und Geräten (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine usw.), die für die Unterhaltung erforderlich sind.

Das Obergeschoss besteht aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer, einer Waschküche und einem Dachboden. Es ist ideal für zwei Familien. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein komplettes Badezimmer, einen Flachbildfernseher und Zugang zum vorderen Deck. Das erste der zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zum Achterdeck. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei volle Betten, ein Etagenbett und Zugang zum Achterdeck. Es ist toll für Kinder. Das Loft verfügt über eine Bartresen mit Weinkühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Sie können morgens draußen auf einem der Decks sitzen und eine Tasse Kaffee genießen!

Es gibt WIFI und Internet im ganzen Haus.

Great Location

Beyond our greatest expectations

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and the host. Really helped us out when our special Christmas trip got messed up due to the flu. Will always remember that good people are out there spreading kindness. We had the most perfect stay. Never wanted to leave! Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home.

Very nice stay!

Very clean. Nice Neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. Very roomy - both upstairs and downstairs have a "living" area. Walking distance to the beach. Would stay here again!

Good home base for all of Tahoe

Our stay was perfect! The home was very cozy and clean. We were a group of six adults and it fit our needs fine. Centrally located to both north/south Tahoe. We would definitely book again!

Lovely home in the woods that has everything you need . We even saw a bear and a deer in backyard during our stay and were greeted by local contact Nina upon arrival . This is our 4 th stay here!

Another great stay!

This is the second time staying in this beautiful home with our family. My review from our first stay last year says it all in detail, but in a nutshell we love this house and the fact it is so comfortable, roomy, clean and cozy in a beautiful, quiet setting amongst the trees. If you're a cook, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need! We love everything about this house!

Beautiful Home - Awesome Stay

THIS HOME IS BEAUTIFUL!! We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave. It felt like home, so comfortable and completely met our needs. Peaceful and luxurious

The house was stocked with all the conveniences you could need and was located on a quiet street with immediate access to the famed pines of the area in the backyard while just minutes away and the lake, about a 10-15 minute walk. Cozy, peaceful, lovely all around. We hope to come back!

What an amazing house!!

All the comforts of home in one of the most beautiful places in the world! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had every utensil imaginable! the host even left a bottle of white and red wine! A+ rating from us and we hope to return next year!!

Wonderful Home for a Family

We were amazed by how new, clean, and well-equipped this home was. It was perfect for our family of five, and accommodated dinner guests beautifully. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted and more! I think we may have even been the first to use some of the appliances, like the crockpot, and there were serving dishes galore. Walking distance to the PDQ market, the local pizza place, the gelato cafe and the children's playground! Just a short 5 minute drive to Meeks Bay Beach, too!

Wonderful spot!

The house is better than the pictures! A very comfortable place to stay. The two living room areas was such a nice feature. The kitchen is well stocked. It was nice having a table large enough to fit everyone staying at the house. So many times a house will sleep one number of people and the dining table will only seat 1/2 that amount. Great neighborhood, walking distance to the lake. Quiet neighborhood. For the winter months, you cannot park in the street, garage fit 2 cars and driveway could fit two- at least with no snow. Don’t know about when there are plies of snow. Would recommend, would stay again!

Wonderful house and attentive host

We traveled with kids (ages 2 and 6). We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and cozy. They had all the amenities imaginable and much more, including a high chair and plates/ cups, books, puzzles for our toddler, which was a nice surprise. The house feels very private, there is a good space between the neighboring houses and you don’t feel like your neighbor is staring at your through the window (unlike other houses in Tahoma). The only small improvement for us would be a fence in the backyard, so that’s the little ones don’t run away. We had to chase our 2 year old quiet a lot:) The hosts were very responsive and even mailed us a children’s book that we accidentally left behind- thank you!

Best Tahoma rental I've ever stayed in.

It was more house than we needed but this is a beautiful rental. And it had EVERYTHING we needed. Seriously. Usually I take a look at the pan cupboards of our rentals and tell my family what we can eat based on how poorly stocked or scary looking the pans are. This year, I actually said, "Ok, I can cook here. What do you guys want?" I was a little creeped out by the fake dog barks at check in (I thought maybe the former renter was still in there!). The house is clean, modern, well set up, convenient and was worth the money. And thank heavens there were screens everywhere. I have been renting in Tahoma for 25 years and am constantly shocked by nice houses that I can't get a decent night's sleep in because they have no screens and they get pretty hot in the summer. I slept with the upstairs slider open at night and it was lovely.

Great location and super comfortable spacious home.

We spent 4 nights here over the 4th of July holiday and were very happy with this home. We love the West Shore and Tahoma is a great location. The home is very lovely, well furnished and decorated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and this was probably the most well stocked vacation property we have ever rented. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals at home. There are lots of great hiking opportunities nearby. We loved the Mansion Beach at Suger Pine State Park. Although we have been to West Shore many times before this was a find for us as we didn't know it was there and think it's one of the nicest beaches in Tahoe. Very clear, clean water and for the 4th of July weekend not as crowded as you would expect. We did have a visit from a bear at the house who peeked in at the screen door while the house was quiet. My son raised his arms and roared and the bear took off down the road. We would definitely rent this property again.

Tahoma Tahoe peace & beauty

We stay in this lovely house every year & love the location & amenities . It has every item in it you would want at your home. The town’s park has music on Saturdays & the pizza& gelato/coffee place are great & the remodeled market is beautiful & still serves the best sandwiches , plus the local beaches are beautiful . We even saw bears !

Outstanding Home!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, immaculate home! The house is located on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful pine trees. The layout of this home worked out great for our family. We were on vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter (toddler age). The sectional sofa in the lower-level family room meant we had plenty of room to gather while watching movies or just having our morning coffee. There is a gas fireplace in this room which was nice to enjoy during the cooler mornings. The dining room and kitchen are adjacent to the family room space, so the open floor plan worked out great to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kitchen is absolutely the best well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced while renting a house. We are a “cooking family” and we had everything we could possibly need to make all of our meals, do some baking, etc. I was blown away with all of the cooking supplies and utensils! This home is beautifully decorated, and all of the finishes added to the loveliness of each room! There is a wonderful upper floor bonus room/family room which is a great gathering spot for coffee, cocktails, watching TV or playing games since there is a nice high-top table and chairs in addition to the comfy sofa. The three bedrooms upstairs worked out perfect for our two families. Both of the bathrooms are very pretty, and there was plenty of storage space for our toiletries etc. This house has a super tall, spacious garage. We were actually able to park our two small SUVs in the garage which is a bonus so that we knew that our vehicles were secured at night, especially in bear country. The garage even accommodated our SUV with our two bikes on top. This is by far the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in! Highly recommended!
