Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the I-17, which connects Phoenix to northern Arizona, we're only 1 hour north of Phoenix, 45 minutes from Prescott, and 1 hour from Sedona. Whether you're on a road trip or looking for a quiet getaway from the city, our Casita is a perfect place to rest and recharge.

The Casita features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. In the living room, a sofa bed provides sleeping space for a third guest. An attached small garage offers convenient storage for smaller vehicles such as ATVs, quad bikes, or off-road buggies.

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved animal companions. We just ask that you clean up after them and keep them on a leash while outside, as our own animals—a cat, a friendly dog, and a pet chicken—roam freely around the property.

Guests are welcome to use the fitness room on the property. For outdoor enthusiasts, an informal trail from the property connects directly to the Black Canyon Trail—an 80-mile route through the Sonoran Desert and Bradshaw Mountains. This scenic trail is popular with hikers, backpackers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders.

While the Casita offers plenty of privacy, we live on the property and you might occasionally see us around as we work on developing the High Desert Earth Lab—an early-stage project centered on ecological living and regenerative design.
