At Greensprings Vacation Resort, you will be able to enjoy some rest and relaxation, lounging in your own private whirlpool, or enjoying the indoor pool.

You can take a swim in either the indoor or the outdoor swimming pools, or enjoy a game of tennis, even at night, on the floodlit tennis courts. Of course, there is also plenty of great golfing at the resort-adjacent Nicklaus-designed golf course.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES DUE AT CHECK IN:
Resort Fee: $20 per day (not per person, per day)
Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi, fitness Center, business center, indoor pool, tennis, sports courts and boarding pass printing.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: A $200 credit card authorization is due at check in. If you do not charge anything to your room, the deposit is released at check out and takes a few days to appear on your credit card.

CHECK IN: 4 PM (sometimes sooner, check with resort)
CHECK OUT: 10 AM

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly, after you book your room.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- No pets allowed, Registered Service Animals Only
- No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter with check in instructions and late arrival info once your reservation is paid in full. If you have late arrival, you must contact the resort directly.

Rooms are only booked in the name we receive from VRBO. We cannot add a name while you're en-route to the resort. Any additional name needed for check in, please add right away.
