It truly means a lot to know our team helped make your stay a great one. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your insights regarding amenities. We do provide a detailed digital guidebook prior to arrival, which includes information on what is stocked in the home, along with details about the welcome bag. For health and safety reasons, we do not stock multi-use or communal items such as cooking oils, condiments, or seasonings in the home. This is intentional to help prevent cross-contamination and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and safety for each guest. This was a practice started during the 2020 year, and maintained as best practice. For similar reasons, we do not bulk supply toiletries and bathroom supplies, and we’ve opted for the personal use application typical of most luxury hotels. These supplies, along with our welcome bag is intended to comfortably get guests through two to three nights, allowing everyone the opportunity to bring or purchase the specific brands and items they personally prefer for the remainder of their stay. As all guests have different preferences, we find this approach offers the most flexibility and lessens waste. We also truly value your feedback regarding the coffee maker in the third-floor wet bar area. Since there is no dedicated dishware or dishwasher in that space, our practice has been to not countertop appliances. That said, we appreciate you highlighting this and we will certainly revisit it as we continue to review property improvements. Likewise, your suggestion about cushioned lounge chairs would be a lovely addition, but the increased size of this type of furniture would limit walkway sizing and accessibility, particularly for guests with mobility considerations. We elected the chairs in place as a healthy compromise so that all guests may enjoy the space. Thank you again for your helpful and constructive feedback, and we hope our added context was of value.
