Unser tadelloses, Waterfront Retreat auf King's Bay bietet schöne, Ufergegend Zugang, der nicht zu schlagen ist. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend und Fischfang erfolgreich reichlich vom Dock. Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel mit allen neuen Möbeln. Kein Detail wurde übersehen, dass diese Eigenschaft benutzerfreundlich für Wassersport und Outdoor-Enthusiasten. Ein Dock ist für Ihr eigenes Wasserfahrzeug mit einer gleichmäßigen Wassertiefe gut, um die wechselnden Gezeiten zu navigieren. Eine Rampe ist auch für Kajaks, Kanus oder Paddleboards zugänglich. Die geräumige Lanai und die versenkbare Markise sorgen für viel Schatten. Der Gasgrill und die kundenspezifische Feuerstelle sind perfekt für Abende zum Entspannen und genießen den Sonnenuntergang. Zwei Schlafzimmer bieten neue, Queen-Size-Betten und das Etagenbett ist ideal für 2 Personen. Die Resort-Stil, begehbare Duschen gehören Regenköpfe und europäischen Glas umgeben. Die moderne, weiße Küche ist atemberaubend mit der handgefertigten, U-Bahn Fliesen zurück splash und alle Edelstahl-Geräte. Ein Urlaub in unserem Haus versichert Komfort und Entspannung.

The host was exceptionally accommodating! We had some trouble with the wi-fi and Melisha went out of her way to make sure it was fixed as quickly as possible. The house location was perfect! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it sits right on the water with a beautiful view of King Spring. It was clean and the furniture looked new and was comfortable. The screened in lanai was the best! A great trip!

Great house and great area!

Loved staying here! Within 5-10mins of lots of food options, the docks, parks and about 20 mins to the large beach park.Saw lots of fish and manatees right from the dock and backyard. Be sure to bring bug spray, the biting bugs are pretty thick along the canal, but still had a great time!

Comfortable, clean home ... nature surrounds.

Home as advertised. Clean and everything provided. Quiet location, short bike ride to Three Sisters Spring and other town spots. Nice floatable dock for our boat. Saw so many manatees off the dock we quit noticing. Really enjoyed using the provided SUP to paddle around the bay in the morning when the water was really calm ... saw lots of manatees and some seriously big fish ... we love Crystal River in general, and this house was perfect for our two week stay.

Paradise Found

We have been coming to spend the winters in Crystal River for the last seven years . During that time we have had five different rental properties. Without question Rhonda and Matthew’s home is by far the most fantastic home we have ever had the opportunity to rent. Before I talk about the home I would like to make some comments regarding Rhonda and Matthew, they are the most  gracious and responsive people that you could possibly imagine. If you had a question or a need they would respond almost immediately. As far as needs we never had any because everything we could possibly want was at hand. The home itself has been completely transformed, no detail has been overlooked. The kitchen is fully equipped even Julia Child would have been hard-pressed not to find everything needed for that gourmet meal. The mattresses are so comfortable that they will lull you to sleep. The linens and towels are off the finest quality. The living spaces are cleverly decorated and provide the ambience of south Florida with gorgeous views of Kings Bay through the many windows. Million dollar panoramic vista to watch the manatees, porpoises, resident ospreys ( 3 pair ) in the neighborhood. So much wildlife ! We felt we had our own private nature show . The outdoor seating areas : screen porch along with gas and wood burning fire pits . All so comfy we had a hard time deciding where to sit . The privacy of the yard lends the feel of your own private retreat. The delight of awakening to the beautiful sunrise and enjoying a cocktail watching as the sun sets in the west can only be described as “magical” . Oh and least I forget the use of two kayaks and two paddle boards. We are looking forward to returning next year to this beautiful home away from home. Paradise Found . Sandy & Jeanne Taly

AMAZING LOCATION

3 adults stayed in Melisha's place. She and her daughter greeted us at check in and were delightful. The pictures do not do the place justice. There have been many upgrades since the photo's were taken. The screened porch feels like a fine resort!!! We have stayed at many VRBO's and Airbnb's over the years and this is the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. Many basics supplied, including paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Kitchen well stocked except with dishes, cooking utensils, pans etc. The house was very nicely decorated too!!! The neighborhood was really quiet. Off the beaten path but within walking distance to many sites. We started each morning walking to 3 Sister's Springs (1.2 mile walk) Get the yearly pass from City Hall if you plan on going often. It is $100 for the year and the card holder can take in 3 guests otherwise plan on $20 per person per day. Many great Seafood restaurants. Crab Plant was our personal favorite near the house. We also drove to The Freezer and Pecks Old Port , food was great, the drive was amazing and both were in interesting locations, very remote and untamed landscape to see along the way......huge treat coming from Minnesota. I spent my days on the water, either sitting on the dock or paddleboarding. We brought our own paddleboards and I am glad we did. There is a nearby Manatee sanctuary just around the corner from the house. I also paddled to 3 Sisters. Saw hundreds of Manatee's, many variety of birds and even 5-6 bottlenose dolphins. My husband golfed a few days at Skyview Gold Course in Hernando and said the course was excellent. The nearby Plantation Course was not great. In the evenings we sat around the nice fire pit burning the supplied wood. Thank you Melisha for this great home we would stay again without hesitation. Let us know if you ever want to sell it!!!!!

The home was very nice with plenty of room and a nice view of the canal. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. The attached screened in area was also very lovely. I will say that it is definitely more geared for a family with children (no more than one family) due to the second bedroom set up. The coffee bar was a big plus! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with shopping close by for anything you may need to stock up on. Plenty of springs and parks are also very conveniently located near the home. We definitely enjoyed our stay there!

Bay house + Boat = Happiness

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Melisha is a gem, just like the home. Our family of four fit just right in this delightful home. Decor is contemporary and light. Space is thoughtfully utilized. Lovely Property, Amazing Location!

We rented the house over Thanksgiving and the house was above our expectation. Super clean, like real clean (no dust on baseboards type of clean). Super well equipped with baking tools, mixer, many good kitchen knives, everything new. Many extra pillows and bunch of towels (beach towels as well). The vue is amazing and we enjoyed kayak and paddle boarding from the backyard. We will definitively go back! Thank you the Dolan Family.

Family fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time in Crystal River staying in this home. The location was perfect for us and our boat. We had easy access to the waterways and the floating dock is in excellent shape. The home is very comfortable and beautiful inside. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks!

Great place to stay for scalloping, and any waterfront activities

Very nice freshly remodeled home. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice quiet street yet 5 minutes to all of the restaurants and grocery stores. The floating dock was great for docking our boat. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area as well! We will definitely be staying here again in the future

Peace on the Bay

Everything was just as listed! The check in/out was flawless and the owners are wonderfully kind and make sure their home becomes yours during the stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. The canal led right out to kings bay and the dolphin and manatees came right up to the dock Stay here with complete confidence that you will be totally satisfied
