Dies ist ein großes, voll möbliertes Schlafzimmer mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Dachboden, einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmern mit einer Größe von ca. 1.200 Quadratmetern und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das vordere Deck bietet Blick auf den Pazifischen Ozean, während das hintere Deck einen Blick auf die mit Regenwald bedeckten Berge von Kauai bietet. Das Cliffs Resort umfasst einen Swimmingpool, Tennis, zwei Whirlpools und vieles mehr.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 65 "4K Samsung Smart-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Auf dem Dachboden befinden sich zwei Queensize-Betten. Weitere Gäste können das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nutzen. In der Einheit befindet sich eine kompakte Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.

Das Gerät befindet sich im 3. Stock - bietet eine großartige Aussicht - bedeutet aber auch 28 Stufen zum Klettern.

Die Cliffs Condo's befinden sich in Princeville am malerischen Nordufer von Kauai, wo das tropische Ambiente von seiner besten Seite ist. Our Happy Place

Excellent place to stay in Kauai! Location and view are perfect! Watched whales every day from patio. Had everything we needed plus some! Very comfortable and clean. Felt like home. Amenities are a plus! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Incredible View and Wonderful Host

Albert was excellent to work with and the property was fantastic. Amazing view and great space. The only things I would mention to consider is that without AC it can get muggy in there even with the fans. Also be sure to close all your windows at night or you might be awakened to a multitude of chickens on the property cawing very very early in the morning. After we figured that out it was fantastic.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albert and Anita‘s lovely Princeville condo! The location was perfect for enjoying the North Coast’s lush beauty and activities. The condo was spacious and well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, near Queens Bath, Haena State Park, Hanalei, so much more! The view was stunning! We ended our day either on the balcony watching the sunset or gathering with other guests on the bluff to enjoy a drink and conversation at the end of the day. The only downside is that with so much to do on the island, we need to return soon to do those things we didn’t have time for! We would love to stay at Albert and Anita’s island condo again!

Nice Stay with one small caveat

It’s a lovely upstairs condo, well thought out, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with owners was positive and seamless. Our only complaint was the listing indicating the property was air conditioned. There is one fairly weak portable unit in the master BR. It kept that one bedroom cool but the rest of the unit was very warm (80+) the entire time we were there. We notified the owners who said we should rely on the “cool trade breezes” to cool down. With open windows, fans on full, we couldn’t get the place much under 80, even at night. I hate being negative, but this was not a very comfortable stay for us…

The condo was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and overall amazing! Communication with property owners was GREAT! Simply Perfect

This was such a fabulous property. Breathtaking views in the perfect location on the north side. The entire community was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was quick to respond and provided so many helpful insights to the best beaches, places to park, and where to eat that were spot on. Providing beach equipment was a huge plus as well. This property did not disappoint and we can’t wait to get back.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

We were very impressed with this ocean view condo. It is clean and tastefully decorated with a nice island vibe. The location is great and the property is well-maintained. The swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court and nature trail with fruit trees were all highlights for the kids. The price was reasonable and the value high.

Too much to do, too little time

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Between all of the activities offered on the property to all of the beautiful places to visit in the area, I wish we had another week to experience it all. The home was amazingly clean and the views from the lanai and kitchen were gorgeous. The only surprise we had was the addition of a $15 per day parking fee which maybe I missed in the fine print? Other than that, everything was perfect. We definitely would stay here again if we ever make it back.

Gorgeous property and wonderful hosts

Our stay was absolutely amazing starting out with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine from the hosts. The view from the lanai is breathtaking. Albert and Anita had sent an email prior to our visit with their recommendations for activities, restaurants, and beaches which helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted to do. We could not have asked for more from a property and would definitely return again to this specific condo in a heartbeat!!

Amazing view!

Our group loved this place! There were 5 adults and 2 kids and it was a bit tight at times but we would definitely stay again! The master bedroom/bathroom with its own lanai was very nice. We had all meals on the lanai looking at the ocean. We saw whales in the mornings. The condo amenities we lovely-swimming pools and hot tubs, playground, green space for kids to run and everyone to watch sunsets, paths to walk. We had a blast!

Great views and hosts!

This is our second time staying in this particular condo. We love The Cliffs and this condo has one of the best views! The hosts have it supplied with everything you need. We especially like the closet with the beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the breeze at night! My wife and I travel frequently to Kauai and all the other islands. We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! Lovely stay in Princeville

We loved our stay at the Cliffs. Our view was memorable; every day was gorgeous, whether it was raining or sunny. Our beds were super comfortable, the deck/lanai was perfect. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi at the community center. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning. We enjoyed going to Hanalei, Poipu, and hanging out in nearby areas (like Annini Beach and Kilauea). The roosters and the Nenes were fun to watch. We can't wait to stay here again.

Amazing view! Relaxing

My first time to the islands. Wanted a slow relaxed pace so chose Kauai. This condo at the Cliffs was perfect. Loved the lanai overlooking the ocean. And it’s a short walk to the Adirondack chairs at the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Amazing. The pool with waterfall feature is a nice place to cool off and relax. The condo had everything we needed. Loved being able to do laundry. Had a beach day and the closet had more than we needed for that!

Our stay at this resort was an overall great experience. The patio provided a beautiful place to relax, play cards and watch the ocean all day long. The rooms were accompanied with gorgeous Hawaiian decor and stayed relatively cool throughout the day. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances necessary to cook all meals. The location was ideal as it sat on the ocean and was convenient in proximity to the town.

This place has everything you need- great views, close to everything on the north shore, everything needed for a great beach day. The owners were so responsive and accommodating for us. This was by far our favored stay in Hawaii!

We love to travel, and love the north shore of Kauai. We owned a ski condo in Lake Tahoe that we started renting out in 2005, had such a positive experience sharing this property that we decided to buy an ocean front condo in Princeville, one of our favorite places in the world.

We fell in love with the views from the lanai, and the facilities at The Cliffs are great. The Cliffs does a fantastic job of taking care of guests - the people who work at the front desk, at the activities desk, and that manage the facilities are wonderful.
