Wonderful apartment! This was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers). We stayed a week in July 2025 and found the complex was centrally located, with easy beach access. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding, washer/dryer. We made good use of the beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Our teenagers especially appreciated that the bunk beds were full-sized, which gave them room to stretch out. We enjoyed the pool and the dock, where we watched the boats go by. The complex was quiet and very relaxed. Check-in/check-out were very straight forward. Would definitely stay again!!

Crescent Beach condo

Overall great stay, and relaxing. The condo was very clean with exception to the bathroom/sink area which needs a deep clean and the outside closet which is stuffed with beach gear. Kitchen is missing decent wine glasses and spices. The lanai is perfect with a beautiful view and fan, beds were comfortable, condo was cool. We were able to hear the people upstairs talking and walking around. Despite the negatives we really enjoyed the place and the location!

Great Location

Location great. Comfortable bed. Loved being on ground floor & view of Bay. A little outdated. Needs a good deep cleaning. Overpriced for what you get. They only allowed two kitchen trash bags & two rolls of toilet paper for 9 day stay. Did have beach supplies but the storage closet was filthy.. we left the place cleaner than we found it.

Lovely condo well equipped with all you need for a vacation. Well located a short walk to the bay. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family. Nicely decorated in a beach vibe. It was a very relaxing stay.

Wonderful time in Siesta Key

My husband and I enjoyed our trip very much. The condo sits on beautiful grounds, and was perfectly located for all of our activities. Being so far from home, I get a little nervous that things won't quite measure up to what was offered. I have to say that everything was as stated. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the view of the canal was such a treat. The only complaint that I have is that the pool, although very pretty, did not feel heated. I would certainly considering renting here again in the future.

Quaint condo with bay view

The condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful view from screened in porch. We enjoyed the fishing pier and pool area. The unit was much smaller than we anticipated. A perfect size for a couple or family of 3. Would be tight for a larger family. The owners were responsive and attentive, checking in several times during our stay.

Great stay at the Oaks

We had a great time at this location and would definitely stay again. The room was clean and the location was close enough. Maybe my only source of frustration was the lack of direct beach access. We were right across the street but the other condos/hotels would not let us through so we’d walk a half mile to the closest public access point. We had friends staying across the street at these hotels and they still wouldn’t let us through. Other condos have arrangements with some of these beachfront hotels to allow direct access. This one did not.

The unit was smaller then we anticipated. I was led to believe there were two bathrooms, we only had one. The lanai was very tiny, and the room did smell musty on entry. However, the master bedroom was very nice. I would say it is a good option for 2 to 4 people, we had 6 do a bit crowded....

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom area very small but otherwise we had plenty of space. The overa;; community is somewhat dated especially the clubhouse. Not enough chairs at the pool and pool is in the shade a good part of the day.

Walk to Crescent Beach

The property could be spruced up a bit. Wear & tear evident. Ceiling fan on lanai didn’t work. The second bedroom really needs a mirror. The beach umbrella in the storage closet has seen better days. You really can’t walk to Crescent Beach. However the unit was cute, well stocked, and had a nice location in the complex. We had to call management for a couple of little things, and they handled very quickly.

Nice location to beaches and dining

Was small but perfect for the 2 of us! Clean and had everything that we needed to prepare meals. Pool was nice and relaxing after a hot day at the beaches and/or shopping. Enjoyed the free trolley to downtown areas. Was very quite and friendly people!

This condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Though the space is small, it is comfortable and met our needs. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock overlooking the water and swimming in the pool. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach.

Great Condo in a very quiet complex

Bay Oaks was a bit of a snooze, we felt like our family with small children were kind of out of place with mostly older other guests. But the individual unit was excellent. Clean and nicely updated. Very comfy queen bed. Kids loved the bunk beds. Some toiletries were supplied but we needed to buy additional toilet paper and laundry pods to get through the week.

Spring Break stay

Overall a wonderful stay in this location. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities needed. The condo overall is small, but exactly as I expected. I brought my teen daughter, twelve year old son and his friend and we all were very comfortable. My other teen son was across the street staying at the Surf and Racquet Club with friends and we were able to connect with him daily with just a short drive. We spent most of our time at the beach and pool, but the younger boys also liked the dock for fishing and the community room for playing pool. I would highly recommend this location, but do note this location does require a car or bike to get to public beach access, especially with children. Grocery store and restaurants are also close, but again, require a car.
