Welcome to Seattle Gem - a cozy private bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, & a fully-fenced shared yard on the first floor - perfect for solo travelers, couples, or remote workers.

You'll be the only guest in the house - no shared guest spaces or multiple listings here. A private experience in a home setting.

THE SPACE
The room features a private wet bar with a microwave, air fryer, mini-fridge, and monitor screen to make remote work a breeze. It also includes access to the shared yard.

Tucked in North Seattle’s Greenwood/Broadview neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds — peaceful parks and easy city access!

- Just a 6-minute drive to Carkeek Park — a beautiful beach spot perfect for sunsets and Olympic Mountain views.
- 16-30 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Downtown Seattle and South Lake Union for work, dining, and entertainment.

Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, you’ll be right where you need to be.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - one direct local bus service to Downtown Seattle/SLU, Shoreline Community College, & Seattle Public Library – Broadview Branch.

BRINGING YOUR PUP?
We love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, please follow the pet rules during your stay and consider the below when booking:
- Pre-approval needed; dogs only (up to 2, combined under 100 lbs). Heads up: the space may feel small for large dogs.
- Bring your dog’s essentials: food, towels for wiping paws, bed, and crate (if needed).
- Pets must be supervised at all times.
- Dog Fee: $15 per night, capped at $75 per stay. (the system might show a higher fee if you stay longer — no worries, I’ll manually adjust the price after you book.)

GUEST ACCESS
You will be sharing the main entrance to the house, but live on a separate private floor.

Your space features a private bedroom, bathroom and a shared fully-fenced yard.

You’ll be the ONLY guests, sharing the house with just me (homeowner) and my very kind and respectful housemate, Tony.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Kindly note: As this is a townhouse setting near a main street, occasional sounds from neighboring floors, residents, or traffic may be heard.
- Designed as an independent space, please note there is no access to a full kitchen.
- Laundry is not complimentary.
- While there’s no designated parking spot, street parking is usually easy to find nearby. Just be mindful not to block the mailbox or park in apartment lots. If you'd like to use the driveway temporarily, just let me know!
