Charmantes 3 Schlafzimmer Haus. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6. 1/2 Block zum Strand

Dieses Haus behält seinen ursprünglichen Charme nach vielen modernisierenden Updates. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 und 1/2 Bäder, ein komfortables Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Smart-TV und ein separates Esszimmer mit Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen und hat einen Gasherd, Geschirrspüler und großen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine. Es gibt eine separate Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett und Abstellraum.

Liegestühle, Spielsachen, Fahrräder und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine abgeschirmte Veranda und eine große eingezäunt im privaten Patio und Gartenbereich mit einem Grill und einem großen Hinterhof.

Der Strandzugang ist 1/2 Block entfernt. Ein paar hundert Schritte in die andere Richtung ist ein Putt-Putt-Kurs und ein tolles italienisches Restaurant. Cocoa Beach Pier ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der Hafen, ein 27-Loch-Golfplatz und ein riesiges öffentliches Schwimmbad sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.
Dies ist ein sauberer, bequemer Ort für ein Paar oder eine Familie, um als Basis zu sehen, die Welten oder einfach nur genießen Sie die wunderbare Cocoa Beach -Cape Canaveral Bereich.

Great Stay!

Well appointed house with great layout for family. Everything you need for the beach is right there as well. Was worried about noise as it is off a busier street, but it was very quiet and secluded. Close to everything yet private; would highly recommend.

Another great stay!

Central location right off the beach. Close to all amenities, but still very quiet considering proximity to main road. Fully stocked kitchen, great yard, and everything you need for a beach day (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, foam boards, ect). Comfy beds and room to spread out. It’s our second time at this property, and it has yet to disappoint in any way!

Great family stay in Cocoa Beach!

Great location, short walk to beach and ice cream! We loved the screened in front porch and sitting area in the yard!Family of six did fine with only 1 shower, but appreciated the other half bath.Nice living room, bedrooms and laundry.Well stocked with all necessary plates, dishes and cutlery. Really enjoyed the chairs and beach toys.We would definitely consider returning!

Homey and Close to the Best Beach

Sandy’s house is extremely comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Close to grocery shopping, walking distance to several restaurants and bars as well as the Pier. But, save your money by walking to the beach at the end of the street instead of paying $20 to park at the Pier. Can’t say enough about this house!

Perfect for our family vacation

We had a great time in this home. Everything was incredibly clean! Sandy was easy to communicate with. When we arived, she had everything set up for us, and even had a pack-n-play set up for our toddler to sleep in. We loved the location as well, close walk to the beach, and about 1/2 mile walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place near the beach!

We had a great stay over Spring Break! Sandy was so easy to communicate with. The house was clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed including beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, towels. Walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants and shopping! Our family of 5 had plenty of room in the home and outside. We will definitely book here when we come back to Cocoa Beach!

Fun little beach house that was just right for my family of 5 plus Gram! I appreciated the room set up as my adult daughters prefer their own bed. I also loved the separate dining room where we could have our evening meals prepared in the well stocked kitchen. Whatever I need to prep, I found! There was also amazing stocked shed with tons of useful beach items that we used every time we went down to the beach. Walked to the beach a few times and on our last morning was able to see a launch. I will look forward to booking this great beach house again in the future!!

Charming property and wonderful host

This home is incredibly charming and spacious. The decor is perfect. Very comfortable. Close to beach and a wonderful pizza joint. Publix is in close proximity. Saw several launches. Sandy is fabulous and excellent with communication. We've owned our own VRBO beach condo in the past and have high expectations and Sandy exceeded them. Would highly recommend this property. It's a gem.

Lovely home!

This was our third year coming to Cocoa Beach and our first time staying here in this lovely home. It was definitely comfortable and spacious for our family. It just had a homey feel to it when we first arrived. The screened in front porch was so nice to drink coffee and just take in the breeze. The female peacock loved to come visit us also. That was so cool! This house has everything we needed also. So many towels and essentials. We definitely recommend this lovely home to newcomers! Only downside we had was the electrical outlets were outdated and our phone chargers would just fall out of them. But other than that, everything was top notch and also loved the cat painting in the dining room!

Family Spring break surfing trip

The home was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. We were seeking waves for the week and had 3 great days (out of 6) for surfing. The best spot was closer to the pier so took the boards down there. But, it was only a block to the beach entrance from the house. Also did a manatee tour through Cocoa Beach Kayaking (they nudged our kayak and even saw them mating). The home had everything we needed in the kitchen as we ate most meals at the house and also used the grill. Loved the beach cottage feel of the inside decor and sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. Thank you!

Christmas in Florida

I booked this VRBO to be close to my daughter and her husband in Merritt Island, as she was due with her first baby (my first grandchild) in December. We walked in to find a nicely decorated Christmas tree and multi-colored lights strung on the porch. The house was very cozy yet spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood, though right off a major roadway, was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked and I was able to host Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners for a small gathering of six people, including my precious granddaughter. We enjoyed the front porch very much and did take the bikes out for a ride one time. Since we had a cold snap while there (including some brief hail), we didn't get to enjoy the side/back yard but that looked very inviting. I would definitely return to this VRBO in the future.

The Best

When I titled this the best, I mean for us, this rental offer the best pretty much everything we look for in a rental. We've stayed at quite a few rentals in Florida over the years and this one has the nicest owner who was super friendly and welcoming, very accessible if needed and responses quickly when contacted. This home away from home served us well for the month we were there: spacious, clean, and the best equipped of any we have rented in the past. it's a 3-minute walk to the beach and a super location for shopping in both Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. It was a short walk to the nearest Publix grocery store and there were several restaurants close by. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had a good variety of spices, cooking oils, sugar and other cooking ingredients as well as all the needed dishes, storage containers, pots and frying pans. One of the best things about this rental is that it has a spacious fenced-in private back yard where we spent hours sitting out reading and soaking up the sunshine. Located in a safe neighborhood, we would highly recommend this rental for your next visit to the Sunshine State.
