Welcome to our brand-new townhouse, thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind! This is a two-story home, and since it’s a townhouse, you’ll be sharing walls with neighbors—just something to be aware of, although we haven’t had any complaints.

Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom with a walk-in closet, dresser, and a full bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom or hallway. There’s also a desk and chair—perfect if you need to catch up on work or study during your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking essentials, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. We also offer a coffee maker that works with both Keurig pods and ground coffee. The fridge has a built-in water and ice dispenser. There’s a dining table for four, bar stools for extra seating, and a 50” Smart TV in the main living area. You’ll also find a small utility closet with a vacuum, mop, broom, and dustpan—feel free to use them!

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a cozy loft area with a couch and a 60” Smart TV—great for relaxing! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, giving everyone space and privacy.
• The second bedroom includes a small closet with shelving, a dresser, hangers, and a 40” Smart TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
• The third bedroom has two full-size beds, Smart Tv 32", a dresser, and an en-suite bathroom. (Note: this room doesn’t have a closet, as it’s used as an owner’s closet.)

We’ve done our best to make sure the space is functional, welcoming, and easy to enjoy whether you’re here for work or play!
