Casa Mariposa is a great home, perfect for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy Mazatlan together!

The home features several outdoor patios, as well as a private pool in the back. Enjoy the breeze and partial ocean views from the roof-top, or walk down to Parque Cuidades Hermanas to enjoy the day. This park is across the street from the ocean, and is the most beautiful park in the city. Here, you can play pickle-ball, basket ball, soccer, have a picnic, join an exercise group, and more!

There are 3 large bedrooms in the house, each with it's own en-suite with shower, as well as large closets and storage. The 4th bedroom is found down on the ground level, off of the garage. This room also has it's own bathroom with shower. Fans and air-conditioners are also found throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as small appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.

There is a lot of outdoor space, spread over the main back-yard, upper terrace, and even the roof-top (although this space is not furnished). The upper terrace even has a shuffle-board for some group fun! The pool is inviting, and the loungers offer a great space to soak-in some sun.

The house is divided over several levels, so please keep that in mind when booking. You must be able to handle stairs in this home. There is one parking spot inside the garage, and one car can also park behind this spot. Aside from that, there is street parking available on a first-come-first-served basis.
