The Space:

On the ground floor you will find an open area with cathedral ceiling on the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The central fireplace provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and other kitchen accessories. The dining room can accommodate 10 people at the main table. The living room is equipped with a love seat and a Queen sofa bed while the master bedroom offers a Queen bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a bath-shower.



On the mezzanine level there is an open bedroom with a Queen bed, a double bed and a queen size sofa bed. You will also find a second toilet.



Outside you will find a large deck surrounding the cottage, a propane BBQ and a private spa. A dock, boats and space for campfires are also available.



Please note that even if the cottage can accommodate up to 8 people, we recommend a maximum capacity of 6 adults and 2 children.



The Neighborhood:

Located 50 minutes from Quebec and 75 minutes from Trois-Rivières, Portneuf region offers you a magnificient landscape. Enjoy a stay close to breathtaking mountains, rivers, fields and forests!



Other Things to Note:

If you bring a dog to the cottage, it is important to follow these rules:



-The animal must never be left unattended and/or alone in the accommodation.

-The animal must be tied up at all times when it is outside the cottage. (Please provide the necessary equipment for this purpose)

-It is important that the animal does not make any noise (no barking or screaming that could disturb the neighbors).

-Comply with municipal regulations concerning animals.

-Do not allow the animal to climb on sofas and beds.

-Pick up all animal waste, both inside and outside.

-Be responsible for all costs related to damage caused by the animal.



-Please note that the BBQ, outside fire area and watercrafts are available only during summer time. For logistical reasons, we are unable to provide firewood. If needed, you can find some at local hardware stores and convenience stores.



-Bedding is included for the beds; however, only sheets are provided for the sofa bed. Please bring a sleeping bag if sheets are not sufficient.



-Although the water is drinkable, it contains sulphur. Some people prefer to bring bottled water to drink.



The chalet is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit. While it's not a central system, it typically ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the entire space.
