• There is an environmental tax to be collected at Property of MXN $37.99 per night, converted to USD depending of the exchange rate of the day.

• Child Age Policy: Children are considered between the ages of 4 and 12 at the time of travel. Guests aged 13 and above are considered adults for booking and occupancy purposes.
