Carrie was a pleasure to work with; her and her husband were so accommodating and helpful. The only issue was that the place was so much prettier and amazing than the pictures online portrayed!! It really was one of the best vacation rentals that we've ever been to!! Everything was pretty much perfect!!

We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Perched on a hill overlooking the lake with complete privacy and nobody but nature to enjoy. Carrie was a wonderful host, responsive and supplying the little extra details around the house that made you feel welcome. We enjoyed sitting down by the lake at the beautifully landscaped landing. Peaceful. Close to town for getting groceries and going to favorite dinner spots each night. Highly recommended!

The house was very spacious, clean and well maintened.The yard was large and well landscaped with plenty of outdoor seating and room for other activities.Convenient to downtown, the grocery store, restaurants, and other amenities.The hostess was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond.We enjoyed our stay and hope to do it again.

This was by far one of the nicest VRBO properties I've stayed in. Very tastefully designed, and it had everything I could think of for making meals, relaxing, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access to the freeway for travel in the surrounding area. Close proximity to entertainment venues and grocery shopping, if needed. The hostess was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend this place.

This secluded home on a remote lake was very peaceful. This place is ultra clean, very spacious, and ideal for a family or friends. We appreciated the ‘no pet’ rule as both of us are sensitive. It’s close to Rice Lake for restaurants and local events there. Carrie also decorated this place with a simple but elegant understated beauty, so it was easy to maintain for us. Carrie was super easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. The house was immaculate! We had 3 kids under 5 with us and they had ample things for our kids to do (coloring, books, magnets). The lake view from the living room window was amazing! We had a fire one night and the pit was down by the lake, super pretty!
