Villa Coco Zen – Modern Chic in Umalas/Berawa

The just newly renovated and fully furnished villa has two bedrooms, one with a 2m king size bed and one with a 1.60cm queen size bed, It has a private 7m x 4m pool with outdoor shower, a small garden and a spacious open and beautifully bright kitchen and living area with separate dining area.

The open plan living area is also equipped with sun curtains and roller blinds against the rain and each bedroom has air conditioning an en-suite bathroom, closet and one also has a desk.

Our private villa is located in the beautiful and quiet area called Umalas/Bumbak, ideally located between Seminyak and Canggu/Berawa and a little bit out of the crazy tourist traffic, but the hotspots, beautiful beaches and stores and boutiques of Berawa and Canguu are very quickly accessible. Umalas is also where most expats live for this reason and where most of the well-known international schools and kindergartens are located.

Our villa offers a very private and charming Bali experience, with its own pool and garden for relaxing, meditating or just having space to develop to the fullest. Nearby are many yoga and fitness studios as well as the perfect surf spots of Canguu and Berawa.
The very quiet, wonderfully natural and yet very modern and contemporary interior of the house is ideal both as a pure vacation destination and as a perfect place for small photo shoots.
The house has high speed internet to easily stream videos or work from home.
It is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and also of course new kitchen utensils and kitchen machines to cook at home.
In the immediate vicinity you will find all the important stores such as supermarkets, dry cleaners and a small Local Market for optimal self-catering and shopping.

Our guests have exclusive use of the entire house.

3 x cleaning per week. Depending on your check in days we will adjust the days.

2 x Pool & Garden

Longterm guests - we will change bedsheets 1 per week, towels 2 x per week
