Kitchen/Dining Room
The kitchen features striking quartz counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, and a drip coffee maker. Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats six and is framed by panoramic lake views. With tons of natural light, it’s a total vibe from sunup to sundown.

Living Room
The living room features two full-size sofas, two accent chairs, and a large coffee table—plenty of space for your whole group to lounge comfortably. A flat screen TV is mounted front and center for movie nights or game days. Ample windows bring in tons of natural light and offer lake views from almost every seat.

Bedroom 1
This spacious bedroom is located on the main floor. It features a king-sized bed, a closet, and a nightstand. There is a dual access bathroom attached with a single vanity sink and a walk in shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, a nightstand, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a nightstand, and a closet.

The third bathroom features a walk in shower, single vanity sink, and a washer and dryer.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom features two twin over twin bunk beds.

Step outside and take in the lake from two spacious, covered decks. The upper deck features a conversation set with seating for four, a Blackstone grill, a ceiling fan, string lights for ambiance lighting, and a fold out table with seating for six. The dock features two boat slips and wet steps for easy swim access.

This home has gorgeous main channel views in Rocky Mount, conveniently located just 10 minutes from Jolly Roger Grub n Grog, 20 minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip, and 25 minutes to Osage Beach

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
