The townhome is in a beautiful community with a stunning heated pool with views of mountains and sunsets. Relax in the breathtaking Catskill Mountains surrounded by lush woods, scenic hiking trails, ski areas and many other refreshing sights and sounds. Other nearby attractions include local farmers markets, many farm shops for high quality meat and produce, two ski areas within 15 minutes and two more about 45 minutes away. Our central location is a short drive to many Catskill Park trailheads for hiking to mountain peaks and waterfalls.

Guests have full access to the entire home and deck and seasonal access to the tennis courts and community pool.

- Open kitchen with electric stove and oven, air fryer, induction cooktop, and electric teakettle.

- Bedroom 2 is downstairs, two twin beds, en suite full bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 is upstairs, twin bed that pulls out into a full bed.
- The living room couch is very comfy and often induces unintended naps
- A large fireplace and firewood
- In-home laundry: washer and dryer to make your stay hassle-free.

The community features:
- Olympic sized swimming pool, heated, salt-water, great for laps or just laying on the deck looking at the view.
- Small playground for the kiddos.

The immediate area also has:
- An access point for a 20+ mile long rail trail, great for runs, biking, hiking, and seasonal XC skiing or showshoeing (20 minute drive away)

This rental is available for a 14-day minimum rental only.

Important Notes:
• No Motorcycles, Snowmobies, RVs, campers, or tent camping. To preserve the peaceful ambiance of the community, none of these are allowed.
• Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. All pets must remain on leashes for outdoor activities when they are not in the dog run. This is for your pet's safety, due to the many types of wildlife in the area.
