The Space:
Sandy Toes and Salty Souls is oceanside in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla and is between an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest beach entrance. The sprawling live oaks offer privacy and shade throughout the day. The home is also steps from the Ocean Sands lake which is a great spot for fishing and scenic walks.
The top floor of the property features a bright and functional kitchen alongside a welcoming living room, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. This level also includes a comfortable Queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom providing convenience for the top floor. The mid floor offers plenty of space for guests, including a spacious primary King bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. Two additional Queen bedrooms and bedroom with two floating Twin beds make this level perfect for families or larger groups. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms. On the ground level, you'll find a storage room with a washer and dryer and outside are two outdoor showers, perfect for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. F
