Welcome to Siesta La Vie!
Enjoy the morning sunrise with cup of coffee on the
cozy Lanai or evenings sipping a glass of wine listening to smooth jazz under the ambient lighting.

Siesta La Vie is a beautifully remodeled open concept condo with full views of Little Sarasota Bay!
The condo is 1BR/1BA that will sleep up to four.

It has porcelain tile floors throughout, plantation shutters, a smart thermostat, ring doorbell, a triple glass slider with shade that opens to the screened in Lanai, internet with WIFI, basic cable and ROKU streaming devices. Linens, bedding, blankets and towels are provided.
Each living space offers charging stations for convenient phone & tablet charging.

The modern kitchen offers Ikea cabinets, gray quartz countertops, stainless appliances, a work space and an entry way with built in storage bench. It is fully equipped with a Keurig, cookware, bakeware, griddle, waffle maker, crockpot, air fryer, mixer, panini grill, Ninja blender, BBQ tools, serving dishes, indoor & outdoor dishes, glasses and stemware and so much more to make your visit special.
We have also set up a mini bar with an ice bucket, shaker, hand blown margarita glasses and all the basics to make your favorite cocktail or pour your favorite wine.

The kitchen flows into the dining area with a dimmable chandelier, table set for four and breakfast counter seating for two.

From the dining area into the living room that offers a
lazy boy recliner & oversized chair, a comfy upholstered couch that opens to a queen sofa sleeper (memory foam mattress & 80” of sleep area) The oversized Lazy Boy chair opens to a twin size sleeper. A Hunter ceiling fan has been recently added for additional air circulation.

Paired with the couches we have added two handwoven pouf ottomans. There is plenty of seating to stretch out, relax and watch your favorite TV show on the 60’ flat screen TV with a sound bar. You can also log in to your favorite streaming channel on the provided ROKU.

The TV consul has been supplied with a variety of DVD’s, books, board games, card games and puzzles for any lazy rainy days.
The living area also has a work space with a desk, lamp & office chair for those need to work "From Home" or just a perfect spot for a laptop. (Two monitors & printer are available by request. Ink charge may apply.)

A beautiful rustic armoire in the living room holds bedding/towels and offers storage for the additional one or two guests.

On to the Lanai which is separated from the living area by three large glass sliding doors. Open to allow the wonderful coastal breeze to flow through or close to keep the warmth/cold in depending on the season.
The screened in lanai offers a Hunter variable speed ceiling fan with dimmable light and remote controlled string lights for that evening ambience.
Here you can enjoy a glass of wine at the pub table while watching the abundance of wild life in the Bay or curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and read your favorite book.
The recently added cordless sun shades can be lowered for more privacy and help shade lanai from direct morning sun.

The updated beautifully tiled bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a dual shower head, safety bar, sliding glass door, soap & shampoo dispenser.
It also features a rectangle sink with a granite counter, lighted makeup mirror, vanity cabinets with lots of storage for your personal items. Plush white bath towels, makeup washcloths and ionic hairdryer are provided.

The bright & cheery master bedroom has a wonderful view of the Bay. Open the plantation shutters to let the sunshine in and on that perfect day open the windows for a bit of coastal breeze.
The master BR offers a King size bed with a new Serta i-series hybrid mattress with adjustable frame, king size pillows, soft or firm depending on your preference. The matching night stands are complete with a lamp (with 3-way bulb) & charging stations. There is a full size mirror with a locking jewelry cabinet, a 43” flat screen TV with a ROKU, two dressers and a walk-in closet. All bedding and extra blankets are provided.

Laundry facilities are available for our guests. A brand new commercial washer and dryer have just been installed. They are shared but are conveniently located just outside our front door. I have supplied laundry baskets, laundry pods & stain removal spray.

For those who enjoy being in the Kitchen, a supply of basic baking items, spices and oils are available for your cooking & baking needs.

A variety of tea and coffee are supplied for you to enjoy!
Also available for our guests: an Electric Tea Pot, Coffee Grinder, Coffee press & Nespresso Frother Too!

For my fellow Oilers, you know who you are, there are two EO diffusers for diffusing your favorite EO or use the Blends I have provided!

NEW 2022: The condo has been freshly painted ( All trim, doors & walls)
Cordless Sun Shades were added to the lanai and a beautiful tiled backsplash has been installed in the kitchen!
New 2024: Ceiling Fan added to the Living Room. Our condo is now carpet free! Carpet has been removed from the BR & walk in closet. A beautiful rectangular grey tile has replaced carpet in these areas.
Brand new LG dishwasher & french door fridge with interior ice maker & water dispenser.

Our unit has one designated covered parking space that is just across from our unit. Additional parking is available in the visitor/guest parking lot that is on the opposite side of our parking space. (SRC HOA does not allow motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, motorhomes etc. to be parked on the property)

Sunrise Cove offers two heated pools that overlook Little Sarasota Bay, a newly renovated club house with access to two lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, exercise room, lending library/game room with a pool and ping pong table.

For the Boat Owner, Sunrise Cove Offers Dock Space for rent during your monthly stay.(Dock rental agreement & approval needed prior to use of dock)
For water enthusiasts, Bayfront Marina next door, offers a variety of watercraft for daily rental.

Groceries:
Depending on your arrival time, I recommend stopping at the local Publix (Stickney Point & 41) for groceries prior to getting on the island. Even better order online using insta cart etc.. and have your groceries packed & waiting for you to pick up or have delivered!

There is a local food market ( Crescent Beach Market) a liquor store (Siesta Spirits) and a 7-Eleven at Mid-Key just 6 minutes from our condo.

Getting around:
The Siesta Key Breeze Trolly offers free rides up and down the Key.
A Trolley pick up spot just across the street.

There are also several outfitters on the Key to rent Bikes, Scooters etc to get around on the Island.
Cars are truly optional once you are on the island!


Enjoy a morning walk/jog or bike along the Siesta key sidewalks & designated bike path. Turtle Beach is across the street. Load up the beach cart and spend the day with your toes in the sand and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.
In the evening enjoy the convenience of two restaurants with in walking distance that offer fine or casual dining. The Siesta Key Breeze Trolly offers free rides up and down the Key. Spend the day at Siesta Key Beach, or head into Siesta Village to enjoy Shopping, Coffee Shops, Bakeries, Ice Cream, a variety of Restaurants and nightlife. Whatever you prefer, the Key offers the casual coffee, breakfast and lunch spots, fine dining for that more intimate dinner or special occasion and the casual evening with Happy Hour Specials, Live Music and even Karaoke!
Just walk down the street or hop on the Trolly.
