If you decide to host a party or gathering, please let us know in advance about any visitors, number of the guests and visitors Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the request for your immediate evacuation from the property. A $300 safety deposit will be retained and returned to you upon your check-out. We will thoroughly inspect the property before returning your deposit.
