However, CERTAIN community features such as the gym, pool, and other shared facilities are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. ✔ Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
✔ During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

✔ The property will be inspected for damages after checkout
✔ Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure

⚠️ TWO-STRIKE POLICY – EARLY REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY
We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules:
