However, CERTAIN community features such as the gym, pool, and other shared facilities are subject to seasonal availability, maintenance, or closures at the discretion of the building management. ✔ During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

✔ The property will be inspected for damages after checkout
✔ Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure

🚫 GUEST LIMIT & VISITORS

⚠️ TWO-STRIKE POLICY – EARLY REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY
We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules:
1️⃣ FIRST VIOLATION – Guests will receive a warning
2️⃣ SECOND VIOLATION – Immediate removal from the property without a refund
🔹 This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior.
