• The layout is spacious with a sunny open-plan living/dining area.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops.
• The three bedrooms have natural light and warm flooring.
• The modern bathroom has a tub/shower combo, double sink vanity, and upscale fixtures.
• There is 1 complimentary off-street parking space.
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including three private bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the garden or backyard, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the fresh air; perhaps even a space to work if the weather permits. Free parking for one car (additional parking spots available for a fee) is available on the premises, ensuring a hassle-free experience for those with vehicles. Please note that the check-in process is contactless, and effective 10/07/2025, all guests will be required to verify identity prior to arrival. After you have completed the verification process, you'll receive a personal access code the day before your arrival via the platform's messaging system. The code will be active from 4 PM on check-in day until 11 AM on check-out day, allowing you flexibility with your schedule. We're available to assist with any check-in issues until 11 PM, providing support and ensuring a smooth arrival, and we are happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

Located on the west side of Providence in the Federal Hill neighborhood. The condo is in the city center and very walkable to most places. (see reviews or ask the host for specifics)

Parking can be expensive in Providence so we encourage you to check parking rates at your venue of choice prior to event. We are in the city center and walkable to most places. There is a public transportation bus stop steps away from the unit and ride share companies are generally only minutes away at any given time.

Please note: This property offers a contact-free experience. For your safety, we require identity verification through a trusted third-party service before your arrival. We have four outdoor cameras equipped with motion lights are strategically placed on the exterior of the home to capture both audio and video footage. Additionally, an extra camera is installed in the service area (rear stairwell), which is strictly off-limits to guests. Furthermore, a motion sensor is placed in front common area. You'll find smart locks for easy access. Wi-Fi details are readily available via QR codes and also provided in the property.
Interaction with Guests:
No preference — I follow my guests’ lead. If you would like to meet us in person please let me know and we will make arrangements, when my home is occupied I try and allow for privacy but am typically not far away. Lillie my super awesome service animal is 70 pounds of all love.
