Potter Highlands - Guest House - walk to everything

Custom new-build, 2nd-story guest house, located just outside LODO. 2 beds/1 bath, plus sleeper sofa, and 2 extra twin beds, vaulted ceilings, custom lighting, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, period millwork, well-equipped kitchen, and marble bath with clawfoot tub and shower. Abundant gardens and an outdoor fire pit. Sleeps up to 8.

1000 square foot home with 2 bedrooms with queen beds each, plus additional twin bed/day bed. The living room has a comfortable queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa. Large marble bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub and separate large shower.

Outdoors are luxurious flower and vegetable gardens, a lovely copper gazebo, a large grass yard for stargazing, sun bathing, and a propane grill. Copper gutters, wood clapboard, and custom diamond roofing shingles complete the Victorian cottage feel. There is a fire pit for enjoying cool nights outside.

This quaint artist’s retreat has custom touches and creative artwork throughout. Please be aware some of the artwork includes tasteful nudes. If you do not want the nudes in the space please give advance notice and I’ll cover or remove them from the studio during your stay.

Location: very close to LODO and downtown Denver. Easy walking urban neighborhood with access to restaurants, bars, coffee houses, food delivery, ride shares and public transportation, museums, and theatres.

Housekeeping services or linen changes may be available with advanced notice. An extra set of sheets and towels will be provided for stays over 10 days.

NOTE: A separate Artist Studio is also available that can be rented with the Guest House. Both units can accommodate 6 to 12 guests total. You can find the listing under the name: "Potter Highlands Guest House plus Art Studio- 2 units." Pets allowed only in the Artist Studio rental.

Note: The Artist Studio will not be rented to an unaffiliated 3rd party during your stay however, the owner may use the art studio if not rented by your party.
