The loft has full size king bed and is accessed by a ladder. There is a queen fold out couch downstairs with pillow topper if ladders /climbing is a not possible . Perfect space for small family . A great couples retreat , writers cabin or remote work space .


Standup desk , 43” OLED/TV /computer monitor fast internet and Sonos sound system. You will have sole access to the entire self contained guest house. Washer / dryer , Fast internet 100 Plus MBPS for remote work . A standup desk and large 40” OLED-TV / computer monitor with USBC cable / HDMI. No need to travel with monitor .

I love providing guests info on the local area and giving your privacy . The main house or the cabin is my home when not rented. On rare occasions both may be rented at the same time. When this happens I am local / have family nearby 1-2 miles if you need anything or have any issues or questions . Please do not hesitate to reach out . This space is best for 2 adults + 1 . A king bed upstairs in the loft and a queen bed downstairs can comfortably fit a 3rd adult/child , or a single parent with two kids .

Note : The ladder /balcony are not gated child/toddler proof .

WINTER ONLY : Snow storms in Vermont winters can be unpredictable. Roads take time to clear. The road will be plowed, but timing can be variable . Access to the house is typically fine in a snowstorm. An AWD or 2WD with snow tires get the job done. Rental/City cars with bald/ basic radial tires will be challenged on any road in Vermont with snow.
The house is on a single lane dirt road less than 1/4 mile long. Stay in the middle on the crown as you drive up/down. Do not pull off the side in the winter as you run the risk of getting stuck. If you need to park at bottom of driveway due to severe weather/this is an option. LMK
