102 S weber St Trenton, NC 28585 beds, 2 bathrooms and an office. Living, dinning, laundry room, deck and yard. The property is furnished and ready to host your stay.

Please get prior approval for pet stays they do cost a pet fee based on size of pet and number of pets. maximum of two pets allowed crated and recorded pets only approved.
Trash goes curbside on Tuesday evenings for early am pick up Wednesdays. Please don't drive past the block in the driveway as plumbing runs through the back and far front yard. Park in driveway and additional parking in front of trash cans if needed.
AC is set to 74(summer) 72 (winter) if you need it warmer\cooler please let me know.

code lockbox has one key to front door the code is 5150 please use and leave at the property in the box as needed.
